Would she get on yours?

When we were married in 1976 my wife bought me a new Goldwing, we decked it out with all the Vetter bags, custom seat etc.
Had a few other bikes before the Rocket that were all definitely more comfortable but she still loves to ride even when I do stuff like
beat up on Harley guys when we are riding double. She will give me a poke but knows I can't help myself.
probably ridden 150,000 miles together through every kind of weather.

Wow, awesome. Good for you guys👍. Don’t get the bad weather riding thing though. I go to extraordinary lengths to avoid it. Not only is it just no fun, I find it far more dangerous. One of my greatest fears on a bike is losing it on a gravel strewn corner. That’s happened to two guys I know. Last thing I want to worry about while riding is losing it on a wet curve, or hydroplaning. I won’t ride anymore if there’s so much asa dark cloud floating around here lol 💨☔💨

Guzzi Dan and I have been known to ride under less than ideal conditions. NY hillbillies 😁

Only in the winter. We can ride 12 months a year in Buffalo, due to the beautiful weather

If the weather gets too bad, I change bikes sometimes

When I bought my first bike in 1999 yeah I rode in some pretty chilly weather. Even at night, all over the place. Nothing like what you guys do though. When I bought this VN2000 in 2005, that all changed. I just wasn’t into bundling all up to go for a ride. I prefer nothing but jeans n a T shirt. This bike has never once been rain ridden. Neither will my R3r.

I've grown to hate the cold since I retired, in one week I'm officially a permanent Floridian, my house in NY is on the market, but I'm not waiting around for it to sell, you can do the closing all online now, my feet shall never touch snow again.
