TTS Supercharger

Carpenter stage one has 11.4 which I have used before no probs N/Asperated
I used Neville Lush ultra lightweight 10.2pistons a few years ago that made my bike the first to dyno over 200hp without a blower/turbo.
Bob has changed to 11.8:1 now and is always improving the dome for better control of combustion. You will get better mileage with higher compression IMO.
Mine went up when I added his stuff to the blower package but I also reduced the boost pressure.

Reading the installation instruction describes how to do it: http://www.newr3.com/tts_supercharger.pdf

That's why I'll get a shop i trust to do it.

I only know of two shops in the US that have installed one without problems although one of them had damaged the front seal The other has held up well.

The few others I know of ended up with broken crank shafts.

Installed correctly and they do hold up I have 34,000 miles on mine :D

Hopefully the Australian shops will have a better track record, I'll let you know in a few weeks!!!
Hows the supercharger been for you?

Its been running well the only draw back from adding extra horse power is when you find the next week link. And the fact that it is limited to 100,000 rpms which is why I had to lower the boost. A stage 1 Carpenter package has equal horse power but will lay the Supercharged Rocket to waste. As it has a high speed valve system and a 9000 rpm map. The stock Triumph valve system will kick shims out of the bucket causing Catastrophic failure of the engine at them rpms.
Together the bike is just Fricken Brutal.

Make sure your mechanic triple checks the valve timing as the shape of the stock pistons tops almost guarrantees you will bend the valves when they collide.

Yes Nick Pedro has had his for quite some time now. He and I converse quite often and he has the first two piece intercooler/radiator combo that Richard built for some of us. His is quite a sharp ride. He can definetley help you sort stuff out. The one thing I loved about the high boost low rpm SC Rocket was the whistle as she said give me the air:D Ruzzel is another Aussie that has had success with the kit down there also. They both are knowledgeable about the install and what else you might want to upgrade.

Fuel economy!! There's a joke! The man wants to spend $5K plus on a supercharger and asks about fuel economy!! What am I seeing here?
Shoot me! Some posts are just so laughable they defy description!! Asking about fuel economy when supercharging the bike!!
