thanks
I do not know that brand trunk but the wiring for the brake/running lights and the turn signals all connect from the rear fender to the main wiring loom under the right side panel just above the ECU, if that helps

Do you just want running lights? Or do you want brake and/or turn lights?
I have the Mutazu trunk. I hooked up the spoiler as a brake light (the one that has the inside out chasing lights pattern) and then I used both turn signals as just running lights, given that they are dim as hell. Perfect for running lights. If you use them for blinkers you'd better get some bright LED strips and put them in there.
As for not splicing ... I'm not sure what to tell you there. As HEAD noted, its all under the RH side panel and very easy to find. I just used a continuity tester to identify the correct wire, and then I got some little wire ends that I can connect and disconnect, cut the wire in question, then used the new ends to make the splice. On one side I just had the OEM wire, on the other side, I had the other side of the OEM wire and then spliced in my own wire.
It's not that big of a deal. I'm no expert but found it easy.
Just don't try to run halogen bulbs off of your tail light circuit. You should be fine with the LED's. If you are drawing much wattage, consider a relay. I got one from radio shack for a few dollars.
