Take a screw drive and pry the brake pads away from the rotor and then see how free she spins by hand and try so see if there is any slop in here then we can go from there. If its moving in and out a bunch with the pads loose I would wonder if someone had the differential off and forgot the steel bushing that goes in it. Unless it sound and feels like your turning a bucket of gravel ie. bad bearings. She is up so easy enough to yank her off and check.

Warp.....
I have little working knowledge of anomalies like this....The bike rode NORMAL for 300 miles at high speed this week I am just don't know what you mean "moving in and out a bunch."
If it were moving back and forth would not the front of the rear tire hit the inside of the fender? The clearance appears to be 1/4".
When riding her the transmission sounds smooth just the occasional slight clunking when shifting gears.
But what worries me is that when I am running her at idle on flips stand in first gear the tire precesses enough to shake the bike slightly and there is intermittent slight thumping of the shaft where it enters the rear of the engine.
I will try to post a you tube vid.
If it were that fubar'd I do not think I would be able to have run at over 100 mph multiple times without any butt feel of an issue and the shaft drive sounds smooth at speed but there is alot of wind noise wearing a full face. What happens to your rear tire if you run it in 1st on a paddock stand at idle?
Is this even safe to do with the rear tire unloaded? I have the bike strapped down so its not going to launch-just do not want to blow the diff or the bearing at the shaft/engine interface.
Bike rides fine...just noticed this on the Paddock Stand
Will post youtube vid of 10 seconds duration...Perhaps you can see it?
