A lot of you are now paying the price for ignoring the obvious when you were young , my old riding teacher told me on the very first day protect your ears or you will end up like me, when I worked on the face in the coalmines ear protection and face mask were a must but a few guys(they were both English) refused to wear any protection and laughed at guys who did--- wonder who is laughing now.
My son is a sound engineer in Los Angeles and protects his ears at all cost as they are what makes him a living
Mine started from not wearing hearing protection while shooting. The wind over the years has made it worse. I keep the radio on at work and while I drive for background noise and I never notice it. I wear ear plugs now to hopefully keep it from getting worse. I have been taking B12 and Zinc for years (not because of my ears) so I don't know if it helps or not. If it is helping I don't want to know what it would be like without.
Me, I'm hoping for two benefits, less ringing and better sleep! Going to try the slow release type at bed time, hopefully awaking ready to ride! Except it's winter here in Maine Time to work on the Rocket! Spring is coming and hopefully a trip down south for a few weeks.
I too have this but only in my right ear....stone deaf in my left tho!!..Its there all the time...louder sometimes but I "will" it away...I have just gotten used to it so doesn't rule my life...

Thats darn lucky for us all @Tal as we just ran out of monofat thighed amputees. But do not limit yourself, remember even though it was not stated a right or left legged amputee could be flipped to assist ear placement.
I've had Tinnitus for a long time someone told me if you slap the back of your head with both hands it will help. It works for some but not for all. I've tried Tinnitus sound therapy with great results. I ended up getting a pair of Bose QC35 head phones and plugged into this video for a half hour or more. It actually works but eventually comes back just repeat the process. I guess it depends on the severity of the Tinnitus.... The second 9 hour video i haven't tried... There are a cheaper pair of Bose head phones the QC25's they work just as well. I have a friend that works for Bose so i ended up with the QC35's
