slash cuts

I have a set of triumph slash cut pipes but one of the three has rusted through. If I blank of one outlet of the decat pipe & run it with 2 pipes, am I likely to upset the gas flow much?

Probably not. I've heard of it done before. Why not consider a single side slip on instead though?

I did try an old Vance & Hines single pipe on it, it blew all the packing out & nearly shook the house down. I will repack it, but I'm just trying what I have in the garage.

hi i run a single stainless can (as in my avatar pic) with the end of the baffle tube chopped off i don't think its very loud quite a deep tone to it and people don't tailgate me .
