Robinson has been slow with small production runs, especially specialty gears, and communication seems hit or miss. Some have had better luck calling directly rather than emailing, or going through a distributor that already has stock. You might also want to check with gearbox builders who sometimes buy extras, or look at alternatives like Weddle if timing becomes critical. Hopefully they get another batch out soon.
