Now before people get excited, I was on a smooth road with no other cars at the time. I took my hands off the bars to adjust my glove, when I noticed a slight pull to the left. I mean nothing crazy scary... just enough that I had to shift my weight a good amount to keep it straight. The slight pull it not felt while riding normally. So I was wondering what the cause would be ?

The engine rotation is along the line of the bike rather than transverse like inline triples and fours, and so it does pull to the left if you take your hands off the bars. It's the same torque twist to the left you will feel if you rev it at the lights when stationary.
Thank you very much for that explanation! I was getting worried and reading to many Google answers .

I have a bad habit on long rides to use a hair srunchy or band to jamb the throttle like cruise control. Then rest my calfs on the foot pegs, lean back and stretch my arms back behind the sissy bar. I will sometimes lay back like this at 80mph for a few minutes.
The rocket has always gone strait as an arrow if I'm balanced. If you are sitting up strait it will feel like it wants to go left but if you counter with your body weight just a touch ot goes strait.
Its never wandered anywhere that the road was not leaning to. Road slopes to the left, it goes left. So I would say if your is tracking to the left on stair level road... it's not ideal. Probably tire wear or more commonly your forks are in need of a service.

My new Rocket will tend to the left I let go of the bars on a level road also. I shift a little weight to the right to compensate if I want to ride without hands on the bars. Nothing is wrong with the tires or the bike, it’s just the nature of the thing. I like Gadget Ho‘s explanation.

Gadget is right.
When I bought mine in 2021, I disagreed with the excessive steering bounce and called an auto adjuster to look it over and file a complaint with the dealer.
When he reviewed it, I told him about the tendency to go to the left and he told me exactly that.
