OMG Thought I'd gained another twenty hp...funny.

That's a great positive attitude STRIPES. Of course it would have better not to have needed the chemo but the effect of hauling less weight is quite amazing. Given the power and torque of these engines you wouldn't really expect it to make that much difference. I guess I weigh about 160lbs. Amanda weighs about 140 and I really notice the difference with her on board. Even with my 12yo son, who weighs only around 80lbs. You big boys don't know what you're missing!

I weigh in at 68kg due to the same reason as Stripes ...

Yesterday I was riding home on some backroads, doing my usual 10% over the posted speed sign. A guy on a HD slowly caught up and suddenly nailed it past me:confused:

I accelerated to stick with him for a while but he kept going up to 190kph? At this point I thought "game on" and gave the beast it's head, dropped back a cog and nailed it...

Ran free for a few kilometres then slowed back to 10% over, no HD in the mirror, after a little while he caught up and I waived him passed me, he went passed but looked the other way

I laughed and rode home with a giggle and a grin :D

That's a fact, Jack. The only recent change is my weight. It scared me (how fast the front end came up that is).

Cool story, Stripes:). I'm glad you can see a positive from something as crappy as chemo. I hope you stay healthy and keep those pounds off! I'm working on it myself. I was up to about 245 before last summer and I'm now around 225 but having a hellova time losing any more. I seem to be stuck here.
