Hello thanks to everyone the rocket is standard nothing done to it it has had the plugs changed but just the same once started it runs perfect

I'm not a mechanic but have the spark plugs been changed since 2006?

i have changed the plugs but doesnt seem to make any differance thank you

How do you like your Rocket compared to your "other bike"?

I like the rocket when i get it started but the sidecar outfit is for taking the family out it is like a racer on the road fitted with 15inch bmw car wheels all round

Welcome from Ohio. I use a battery tender in cold temps and never have any issues. It was 24f/-4.4c for the ride this am, looks like that will be the end of riding for a while because the forecast is 8"-12" of snow for the next 24hrs.

Just a suggestion maybe you need to fit the excellent and popular Eastern Beaver H/Lamp relay give ya bike a bit more battery power on the crank handle
