New Guy? How do I obtain/download the program?

I am new to this, and confused/lost after reading the tune ecu page. How do I get started, what needs to be download first, and is there a cheat sheet I am not seeing to bring a new guy up to speed.I did find the vendor for the cable.

You need to down load the newest version of TuneEcu,

buy the cable.
