Well Joesy, I wondered about that too, but since he was the head chef and cheif bottle washer, I kept my mouth shut. Turns out that it make a pretty good rub for Brisket and beef butt; who would have thunk?

Old Bay was made for crabs. But it is good on a lot of things. While in the DC, MD, VA area be sure to get yourself some real Maryland crab cakes. Nothing like them anywhere else.

Thanks guys, we have a great group of people in the Cadillac Honor Guard, doing many memorial services for thosebwho have served. You want a spot on, perfect., memorial service will so it. We just did a memorial service today at a local high school for two Gold Star families whose sons lost there lives in Vietnam and Iraq. Imagine, this is rural Michigan, the entire High School showed up!! Try THAT in a major piss ant progressive city in this country. I HATE the teachers unions.
