I'm not interested in rebuilding ,just spare parts for mine with only22,000 km,s on the motor it could be worth looking into

I was thinkin $5000.00 but I wouldn't really know.

Saw an original 1 owner HK Holden Brougham in a shed today. 30,000 miles, 307 chev, 2 speed auto. Bloke got it from original owner in Vic has log books Still registered in Vic I offered $10000.00 he laughed and walked away. Somehow I don't think I was in the ballpark.
 

They were a very nice car in there day .my dad had one and then he bought a really nice purple HQ statesman brand new and that was also a nice car with Crome wide wheels and a real nice sounding twin exhaust system ,
 
Pete if you are serious about putting a bid in on one of those bikes let me know mate. May be able to have it checked out by someone in the know. Not much use purchasing it if most or all the bits you are likely to need are damaged.
 
Pete .. was referring to the Rocket up in Townsville. Know a guy that works at Leonards in Cairns , he's a Triumph rider himself. Good mate of mines the mechanic at the Harley Dealership in Mackay .. sure they'd both assist if need be.
 
short block

if anyone does buy one of these bikes,i am looking for an engine, short block only,hopefully with less than 25k on the clock. Cashed up,so PM me if you have one for sale
