The X just happened to be luck since each dealer was allowed one. I was phone shopping the R3R's and the dealer i was working with had not gotten theirs yet and did not know when it would arrive. I called one day to ask a question and the parts manager said they had just gotten it in. She said it looked awesome. Got hold of the sales manager to work out a deal (had to wait for him to get it entered into the computer inventory) I put a deposit on it and worked a deal for $19,500 out the door. cash deal. I paid a $1500 premium for the limited edition. but everybody needs to treat themselves to something special every now and then.
