Looking for rear Avon tire

I’m sure they will feel superior either way since I’m almost running slicks now on my Avons lol.

I'm sure you're keeping a close eye on those slicks.......
I was on a road trip several years ago when riding in Wyoming. It was 50 miles between gas stations and filled up the Buell before heading to the next town.
Two lane black top with NO traffic. I was feeling spicey and bored that day and did 120mph part of the way. When I stopped for gas, I happened to glance down at my rear tire while walking behind the bike and shocked to see cord showing through half way around the tire. Had no idea it was worn that much. Had to stay the night while paying the overnight delivery fee for a tire sent to the local chain saw dealer.
Keep an eye on it.

I appreciate it and that’s definitely good advice. I have the new tires already so I’ll get them swapped in about a week and I’ve been taking it pretty easy on my current ones as I commute around town because I can feel them slipping when I get on the throttle. I’ll also be writing up a little review on my bt moto tune after once I can test it more.
