He was in an Escort @bruce aussie ... that's a nice looking Lotus Cortina, the wet makes it very interesting though...... Definitely be keen next year, my mate has been on my case for a few years to head up there
@ozrider what is his name or car number I took 243 photo's of cars I would have one of him probably sideways. I 'll find him in the program. I'm going to take my good camera next year and if it's not wet I'll set up a sprinkler in that corner.

The Brabham XY Fairmont would be my pick can only imagine what would have been done to it get the Brabham monika, was just Suspencion or a motor package, though I am a Ford Fan from years ago in the 60's and 70's.
I have no recollection of that special edition so I am guessing it must be quite special

The Jack Brabham Fairmonts were not that special ,When Jack Brabham had a Ford dealership at Blacktown NSW you could order optioned up a XY Fairmont to your own specs ,motor/suspension/exhaust ect, some of them came out like GTs some just tarted up Fairmonts they all had the Jack Brabham logoand they retained the factory warranty as they used all Ford accessories ,there were a few in the XW/XY Ford Club years ago ,like most older cars they are becoming collectable items.
