Well went home and took the bike apart. Found my tune had the idle set to 810 for the high temps adjusted that to 850. I also found my throttles were out over 100 from each other 640 for the top one in tuneecu 590 roughly middle and bottom one was hovering around 540 to 550. I have them all now at about 580 jumping down to 570. Sounds so much better! Not super smooth idle but darn close... Closer than even when I had stock setup and tune.

Aha that will do it geez my dealer thought I was fuzzy prick when they were doing the first service I told them it needed the trottles balanced, he looked at me hooked up the triumph tool and said they are fine the display said they within tolerance and I said does it not give you the numbers so he flicked a switch and they had variance of 30 between number 2 and 3 and I said see ... he looked at me and said how did you know I said I could hear it then he cursed under his breathe and said Your A Fussy Prick I just said Yup and laught and said don't worry about it I have triple K&Ns coming so I will fx it then but just remember I am a Fussy Prick and he let out a sigh (I dont think he was happy at the thought of haveing to pull all that plastic crap of for a 5 second adjustment a then have to put it all back on)
Thanks in advance for any help...in the TuneECU program if I mess with any of the table numbers, I believe that require me to upload that new tune. If i change the speed odometer offset (not sure of the correct name) would I still have to reload that tune or is that a direct type of edit, say compared to reset the TPS or stepper motor which would not require an uploading a new tune.?

Any changes you make on the LapTop do not go directly in to the ECU, You must reload it in to the bike by using the download tab at the top of screen once you are connected to the bike's ECU and always follow the reset TPS/Adaptives process for the changes to be made in the ECU to take effect
