OK I have the fork seals, and 7.5 wt oil. Springs are on the way. After reading all of the posts I could , found people are good with the progressive. Plus $68 shipped from Amazon is also good.
I do 99% of my own work. Have a good shop. In the manual it calls for a special to compress the spring then insert a flat piece under the nut.
I should be able to make a spring compressor, or is more complicated than it looks in the book.

You need a handle thingo with two arms to hang onto to, that fits over the spring to compress it. .... a flat slotted piece to then slip in under the nut with your third hand... and a threaded rod to screw onto the inner damper tube and hold it up with, when re-assembling.

The expensive Triumph thingo to fill the fluid is BS. If you've completely drained the forks, just add the 667(??)mls of fluid to each fork. S'easy.........presume you can R & R the seals OK.....

TIP - crack big top nut BEFORE loosening fork yoke clamps.......
