I need some help with Hilda... I have a new starter, new ignition switch, from Eastern Beaver relay kit, hd relay, extra ground at starter. After a good run, about 2hrs. She just won't crank. Not all the time. All i hear is the relay clicking... If I press the button enough times she'll come to life. What else can I check? What happens after the relay on the right side clicks, where does the juice go?

Could be a bad relay. Try replacing it and see what happens. I went through a couple of starter relay's last summer (same symptoms you are having), I noticed that it would really heat up so I wrapped the replacement relay in foam to insulate it. Have not had any problems since but we will see this summer. I still have the catbox and get a lot of heat from it.

Perhaps the extra starter relay as suggested by Honker would be the answer? A search should bring it up. Also there is a youtube how to vid by Benny from Australia posted just a couple of days ago showing exactly how to do it and it takes the starter solenoid out of the ignition circuit.
