Its more than "silly" to call Australia" a third world country its Ridiculous, however I think old mate was just saying that other countries Haven't caught on to the Rocket 3 like we in Australia Have ,I think it gained a bit in the translation, most of us are guilty of saying things that come out wrong at times.
 
OK Benefit of doubt applied this time.... I only used the word silly to soften my statement, I had typed dumbass but changed it.

The weird red head is Pauline Hanson ran for top office here in OZ had some (only some) good ideas but the media killed her off by asking her questions including words like xenophobic - to which she replied "Please Explain" I think her intentions were very good but suffered at the hans of media bullying.
I have no clue about her bevel box
