We have our Rocket back in our garage again!
The bikes health was cleared (once again) and so it was time to get the bike home.
It is 2 hours away from our house to the dealership so I offered to meet them half way.
It was great to see the bike again, let alone get on it.
It is still the most unique looking bike I have ever seen and liked (some of the specialty bikes are unusual looking but I have never seen one I really liked) with the in-line 3 engine.
I had a great hour long ride home.
Great to cruise and feel comfortable and enjoy the sights and smells of our wonderful earth.
No issues whatsoever.
I want to thank everyone, once again, for the encouragement through this entire situation.
We got so frustrated and sick at how several in the dealership were handling this.
All of you out there constantly checking in and passing along a kind word kept me going, kept me wanting this bike.
It would be tough to be part of a forum when you do not have what the others have and I have come to appreciate all of you so much.
This is not as much a forum as a big friends gathering.
I will try to get a few pictures taken at some nice local stops and get them posted.
So, to make life even tougher, they are calling for rain today so I will not take the Rocket to work.
But, there is always tomorrow and to get me to tomorrow I can look out our back door into the garage and see the Rocket 3 sitting there just waiting and knowing, all is now okay.
God bless everyone!
Michael (and Karen)
