Hello all,

I am the proud owner of a 2006 Rocket Classic, as of next Tuesday actually, and found this forum the usual way I find most things... Google!!.

I'm pleased to see that there are a couple of active members living near me and will contact them when I have the required two posts up.

I traded my 2004 Harley Softail on the R3 and I am sure I will find I got the better end of the deal.

I am Professional Firefighter both in Australia and New Zealand and I'm adamant that it is the very best job in the world.

I'm looking forward to meeting the local guys and getting some K's on my new bike.

G'day and welcome. Hey did you buy the one at Canberra Motorcycle Centre? Nice looking bike if you did. Drop me a line (PM or e-mail) when you pick it up - would be good to catch up and have another Rocket nearby to ride with.
 
G'day Mal, welcome from Brissy. Glad your happy with the trade , i traded an '07 Dyna for my R3. I've never looked back ... well ... only to make sure the coppers car that i just passed ain't turning around :D
