Hey fellas...I'm thinking about putting a set of Horizon XP bars on an '09 standard. Anybody used them on a Rocket? I spoke to their rep at bike week in Daytona and he said the model for a '15 Road Glide should fit but figured I would throw it out here to see if anyone has experience
I spoke with them at Sturgis last year. They had a few booths and were installing their bars.
Was going to buy some, but was told they could not install on a Rocket because they had never done one.
If you do it . . . please photo profusely and report your results.
Couldn't say I'm in love with the look of them but a pretty cool idea. If you can't find the right bars they'd be a great option. Pity you can just borrow them to work out the perfect set up and then order the ordinary bars that 'fit'.
Yeah...can't say I'm totally in love with the look, but with the infinitely variable adjustment I should be able to get something comfortable. Not sure why I'm so "iffy" on bars for this bike as I think I've replaced the bars on everything I've ridden in the past including more than a couple of my dirt bikes, but just can't seem to settle on the right one

I've had the same issue.
Four sets of bars so far.
The last set I ordered from Flanders turned out to be exactly like the Classic bar so I have it still in package collecting dust in my garage.
I like the Classic, but they are not exactly what I want either. I have wasted many hours searching bars and am seriously considering making my own!
I'm after 1" - 2" more pullback and the same in height than the Classic bars.
Yeah, the crazy bad ergonomics on many bikes make no sense. I have typing damage on my wrists and when I first got even the Touring the angle was wacky and I started losing sensation. Thankfully the risers and seriously altered tilt did the trick there but these look great from a usability point of view. The key is getting the wrist straight and with minimal angles in either direction.
