These are the parts you need and can track down using part numbers. I have a complete set or two in shed.
The short sissy bar is available cheap by itself now but all the other parts are hard to get and/or very expensive.

Search Fehling with my user name and you should find numerous posts with information and links to the 3-4 rear racks and/or backrest designs just for the Triumph Rocket.

After checking out what they look like on Fehling's site you will find they sell on eBay too under same or different branding etc if you search 'Triumph Rocket 'sissy bar' , 'back rest' and 'luggage rack' and look at photos.
