Hi all
I've been on here for a couple of weeks now, I guess it's about time I get around to introducing myself.
I'm Johnathan, i live in Georgia, halfway between Macon and Atlanta, maybe a lil closer to Atlanta.
I have an '08 R3T. I traded up from a Speedmaster back in July.
I'm trying to save up a lil $$$ to do some stuff like getting TORS and auxilary lights and a few other things... But the bike is almost perfect the way it is.

On a side note, my dad got an 07 classic when I got my speedmaster, he's not internet friendly enough to get on here though....:)

Welcome JDuke,
Seen you post before, so I figured we'd already welcomed you aboard.
So, in a friendly way with my best Southern Drawl on, let me say WELCOME, and hal yall doin.
Glad you're with us, how you and your Dad liking your new "girlfriends"?

Welcome... You guys are too close to not make Rockets Across America IV. It really is a blast, and nothing beats the site of 20 - 30 Rockets together! Your Dad doesn't have to be internet friendly to attend.. :) Here's a pic from RAA III.. :)

I was gonna ask what you meant... but a I hit the quote button, I realized, you were talking about the bikes....lol

we like them, mine is only my 2nd bike after the speedmaster... I would have skipped the speedmaster altogether but, I couldn't afford a rocket back last february. I traded up in June when my dealership went out of business. he bought his rocket in February when I got the speedmaster...
He says it's probably his favorite bike he's ever owned...He's had quiet a few........

Anyway, we are already signed up for RAIV, that's actually how I found this site, someone on another site told me about RAIV and this site and here I am...

Thanks for the warm welcome guys... I've already talked to a few of y'all a bit anyway.

southern girls?

Whats the difference between northern girls and southern girls.........???
Up north ,they say ' you can' ,down south they say ' YALL CAN '......
Sorry , I just couldnt resist

that's inaccurate..
you is singular
y'all is plural (only used when talking to more than one person)
and get your spelling right. if you're gonna make fun of how we talk down here, atleast use proper redneck spelling

Glad You're Here

Thanks for the correction on Southern Vocabulary. I was always told that Ya'll is singular and All Ya'll is a bunch of ya!

Either way works fine for me cause I usually point at the same time. That seems to help a little!
