Rocket 3 Storm GT
I pick up my rocket three storm GT in a week and I was looking at exhausts, I’m picking up a 2026 model which apparently has two oxygen sensors.

I’ve seen online the dominator exhaust with removable baffles that looks like a reasonable price as I don’t want to pay over £1000.

According to the website the exhaust is for up to 2024 bikes with one oxygen sensor so I was wondering where are all the oxygen sensors located on the 2026 bike I know there are two but are they before where the slip on would fit and if so would the 2024 pipe fit on a 2026 bike.

If the fitting is the same and the oxygen sensor is not on the slip on pipe itself I’m guessing it should be okay.

Your thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on the bike . I like my exhaust 2025 gt storm. To my ear is perfect , looks great too. Whatever you decide happy motoring !

To be fair I have not yet heard what the bike sounds like with the stock exhaust apart from U-tube so it may be fine but I like to look into the possible options and see what is possible.

there are posts here discussing about 2 o2 sensors and people put photos as well, but i cant find it atm

The 2025 storm does have a sweet tone and burble on decel, but the werks is lets more spl out. I doubt a slip on would affect warranty, but I'm going to look into mapping and if it can void the warranty b4 I do that mod.

its a gray area,
some dealers dont check ECU flash count,
for ex- if oil leaks from crankcase etc, then why ECU flashing matters?
for instance - if instrument cracks why werkes exhaust matters

Congrats on your new bike (when you get it). The exhaust system on the newest bikes are fabricated to meet emission and government noise standards. Governments are getting stricter about these systems not being tampered with as it affects the "assumed carbon footprint" of the bike. That's why makers have gone to welded exhaust systems rather than traditional pipe and clamp systems. Because the system has been engineered for both emission and noise changing any part of it changes the total effect, i.e. more noise and dirtier emissions. The noise you get may not be the noise you want, for example the decel pop that is engineered in and muffled becomes engineered in and loud. The loud decel pop may not be your cup of tea and getting rid of it becomes a major undertaking. So, before you invest a lot of coin first see if you can't live with the stock exhaust noise. Being you are getting a 2026 model the ECU is locked, so remapping after an exhaust change is going to get pricey.

If the crackling on decel isn't contributing to carbon buildup on the piston and heads I'm good, in fact I really enjoyed the tone of the werks end cans. stock sounds great if a bit muffled.
The crackling on decel is occurring in the exhaust plenum and not the combustion chamber. It's unburned fuel being ignited in the exhaust system and has no effect on the piston crowns.

They are a contributor to people losing their loosely held slip-ons.
