Mine light came on when I undid the resistor mod. The dealer told me to turn the key on and off through 7 cycles, it worked.

It looks like you have an R3T. If so, did you turn the key on to test the lights before you plugged your instrument cluster back in? If yes, that's what set the error, it will go away after a few cycles. If no, you'll need something to read the error code to determine your problem.

Thanks Johnathan that did the trick still no fuel light but am due to fillup soon so hopefully that will come back to.

The lights are fitted (on rad cowl) and working am going to get a plug for the bar switch only £5 here may fit the other set on the screen.

glad it worked for you.

you're going to install both sets of lights?

I thought about getting another set, mount them both to the radiator shroud. Point one set ahead to see the road better, angle the other set out to watch for deer. I haven't decided for sure yet though.

Let's seem some pics if you put both sets on.

:D both set on the bike looks good just have to decide how to wire them up would like to put two switches so i can use them as and when, also need to find some waterproof plugs so i can remove the screen .have tryed most of the bolts on the screen and have decided on the top outside ones will post some photos in the next day or two.

we do get deer here but mostly rabbits get in the way ----

fuel gauge working again

I ran mine to the aux. light switch on the bike.
if I put the other set on, Im probably just gonna splice the wires so they run off of the same switch.

Photos as promised took me allday to get them on here, not wired in the top ones yet but like the look them there......

Needs a wash
