Dirtbagbiker, I hate when people let there dogs loose and have no control on them or don't even know were they are most of the time. Glad you didn't get hurt or your bike or get damaged it was a good thing it was a small dog things could of turned out bad for you and your bike.

bagman, as a rule Cane corso's should be no taller than 27 to 28 from the shoulder your guy looks to be 30 from the shoulder if he filled out like my guy he would look like a truck he would be like 2 hundered pounds.

Do you have any picture of him know?
 
Got him used to stairs now so he is going up and down still now I just need him to jump in the truck he's way too heavy to lift in the truck my back is starting to hurt hes like just dead weight he will not even help he lays down when I try to lift him, hope one day he will put his front paws up then just give him a boost that would be easy.
Maybe I should just put a cat in the truck I think he would jump then he doesn't like cats

He is 27.5" at the shoulder. mine wont jump in the truck either. He will put his front paws up, but then you have to lift his ass end. I'll have to see about making some current pics.
 
My guy is 26 at the shoulders but his chest and fore armes is big hes like a body builder vary muscular and hes got a big head and thick neck on him, if funny people thing hes a big pit bull and some of my friends look at him and say he looks like the god father and know they say that every time I look at him he does look like the god father
Would like to see pictures of your guy to see how he filled out.
My last male he was a big boy he stood about 27 and 135 pounds, he even had a bigger head then this guy and was even thicker then this he was so protected of me he would jump my six foot fence if some one came up and talked to me just to make sure I was ok and he would sit in between who ever I was talking to, he would jump in my truck he loved truck rides.
But this guy got him to go up and down the stairs I think he will not jump in my truck because I think he thinks I might take him back and he is likes it here, so
I think a few truck rids to show we come back home he might start to jump in the truck
 
Nice dogs guys. I like all Molossus types canines! I raise Bully Pit Bulls and my current boy is much shorter than your guy but more massive inch for inch. About 18" at the shoulder and over 90 pounds of steel hard muscle! Check out mostwantedpitbulls.com to see my dog's cousins. Very serious muscle. I have him pull a 125 pound wheel barrow with his collar four days a week. Soon he'll be starting cart pulling. Currently, a 60 pound female pit bull holds the world record in cart pulling hauling over 14,000 pounds!!!!!

What dog is yours? This is my third Cane Corso and when people see them they ask if its a giant pit pull because of the massive head and how wide they are at the chest. My last male was 135 pounds he was a big solid boy and this one is 120. I have herd about cart pulling I would of loved to to that maybe one day.
 
Now Bruno is down to 111 pounds when I got him he was 120 he was not eatting so just thought new change he will start eatting he averages about two cups a day some times does not eat. So I brought him to the vets for blood work and visit was $215 the blood work turned out good, now I need to bring in stool sample for a cost he says hes too young for teeth problem.
I even cooked ground beef and put it in his food still took three days to eat about 4 cup of food with the gound beef in it.

Tufts Veterinary in Boston to be 41 large a year tuition for three years. Plus plus.
Nicest Dr's office I've EVER been in was the veterinary clinic for internal medicine a few years ago with my lovely Rotti "ceal pup."
**** docs had a pair of 911's in the parking lot with tags "pair" and "a-docs"

A vet is not something I would want to become no matter how much it paid.
You see sick animals, some abused or whose care was not a priority. You can't help all of them. You will spend some of your time with customers, many who have become friends, who are having one of the worst days of their lives as the end approaches for their loved ones.
It would be hard not to take it home with you. And I would not want to become someone who could. My new Porsche would be spending time in front of my new therapist's office.
A friend in college dropped out of veterinary school when she found out what they wanted her to do to a healthy dog to learn needed skills. I hope they have changed the training techniques since then.

As for money, if I have enough to keep my loved ones (including my dogs) sheltered and in good health, all is good.
If I have enough to also have a great motorcycle and the time to share rides with good friends, all is great.
All is great.
Hope Bruno's issue is found swiftly and cured readily.
