970hPa at 850rpm and 2.7% throttle... your MAP sensor is seeing near atmospheric pressure and causing ECU to dump fuel in as a result.
Means there is quite likely a vacuum tube or rubber cap inc connection leaking.
This might sound a little nuts, but have you checked the fuel pump discharge pressure? On another forum a guy with an older bike was having trouble much like yours and when he tested the pump pressure it was 10psig. Normal pressure is 43.5 psig (or 3 bar) for his application. If your internal fuel filter is clogged or the pump is not developing the required head pressure your fuel injection will be way off. Just a thought.
i am going along with this
it sounds like you have good pressure when first start the bike and while it is running the filter starts plugging up till it will no longer flow enough pressure to run correct.
this happens on automatic transmissions they drive for a block or so then the car/truck will stop so you turn it off and let it sit for a while and it will drain back washing the filter out a bit then you can go for another block till it plugs up again. from what you have been saying i think this is what is wrong with you bike.
rust or just old crap from the gas station.

Im going to replace the filter, just as a maintenance point.
The only reason I truly don't think it's the filter, when I was cruising around at 55-60mph the bike was absolutely perfect. No hiccups, no slowdowns, not a thing. The issues are really only at idle.
very good point
according to pics you was around 960 on values at 850 rpm and should be closer to around 640 @ 850 rpms which is what mine runs @ 850 and that is what my ide is set at.
If they’re the same at idle (value doesn’t matter) there’s probably no leak. Don’t know about fuel pump but look into the idle stepper motor thing. Easy to load a stock map. Make sure to connect battery to charger and remove headlight fuse. I think I have the maps for the roadster. What vin?
