- '99 Valkyrie, '06 Rocket III Corbin Classic.
In 2007, I was hit by a drunk driver and my Rocket III was totaled. I was pretty busted up and left with 85,000$ in hospital bills. The drunk spent 2 yrs out of a 5 yr sentence behind bars.
Yesterday, a 2006 Rocket III found me. The previous owner was a collector and passed away two yrs ago. A customer came in to tell me about this "like new" motorcycle that a widow was selling at a good price. I left work to see it and found a beautiful red and cream Classic with bags, shield, and crash bars with 1200 miles. The nipples aren't even wore off the tires! It has been garage stored with a cover over it since his death. After charging the battery, it started right up. 7500$ and she is mine!
I felt it only proper that I return here.
