Well Velma is really trying to get in, but I think the O'l Harley is picking on her. I went for my first ride Friday, April 1st. Funny feeling when you expect the rear brake to work and it doesn't. I had told the dealer that there was a leak, for I saw it on the floor of the showroom. Looked like the oil drain plug. They checked it and said there was no leaks, everything was fine! I guess I mislead them when I said it looked like the oil drain plug leaking. The mechanic wiped it and I guess he checked the torque of the drain plug. Without pumping the rear brake pedal it would not have shown. A common mistake I suppose. Turns out the solder at the master cylinder banjo fitting was leaking. Glad it didn't happen in the hail ride. The dealer is pretty cool about it. I ordered the line and it will come to me. They will reimburse me when I see them. I don't have to haul it to them, back on the road soon.

That mean ole harley,
picking on his new lil sis like that...
Glad it worked out kid
and ended with you safe at home instead of a mishap somewhere.
you'll get the kinks worked out of her, then it'll all be good.

Line came in Fri 4/8. Got to ride Sun and man I had a blast. Only about 40 miles, back roads around the house. This thing handles like a dream, corrects my mistakes and stops on a dime.I can't wait to put some miles on her. Maybe this weekend if it ever stops raining.
