Balancing throttle bodies

As i'm going to fit a Ramair filter does anyone no if the adjuster screws can be accessed with it fitted ?

Depends what type? on 2nd thoughts, no I don't think they can be, certainly they're covered by a bear claw.. My opinion is balance them exposed, then fit the ram air.... can't be too far out then.
