That said, we like everyone to introduce themselves, with something about their riding experience/interests, bikes, what led them to the Rocket, and please update your profile with your location.

With what Paul said, the answer is yes. There is a washer on each drain plug plus an O-ring on one of them as well. Sometime the washer sticks to the drain boss opening.
