    Think I broke the code...

My bike had the same symptoms, but it was a bad MAP sensor. It took an underway data capture and factory analysis of the data to find it...

    Another Zumo Issue

Contact Garmin. Those are some of the kindest most helpful people that I've encontered. They don't pay a whole lot of attention to warranty limits, but are interested in customer satisfaction. Give it a try!

How many miles to a rebuild?

You know, Mike, me and my buds have discussed this very thing. When the time comes that I can't hold the beast up, I'm gonna trike it and just keep riding. Good Lord willing, this bike will last until I don't need one anymore...

I used RAM to mount to my left handlebar...works like a charm and preserves hand position close to the action.

    Helmet lock

Tried that one, Paul. It wouldn't fit anywhere except on the handlebar. That turned out to be too precious a site to waste. I've got lots there and tried many other locations. It wouldn't even fit on the sissy bar, so I finally gave it up!

Yesterday, while cleaning some rain gunk off my ride, I found a stress fracture through and through break on the right dresser bar at the upper mounting ring. This bike has never been dropped, the bar has never had any torque applied to it of any sort. I've got to go by Tuesday and have...

    windshield bags

Re: wiindshield bags Found mine at a local bike store that sell harleys-Big Daddy's. Try the harley dealers and I'll bet that they have both styles-branded & unbranded-but the same bag. Hope this helps!

    windshield bags

Wisconson makes a bag that is a branded Harley bag also. Get the one without the logo and save $50! It has the recessed nut area and won't require a longer bolt, as do some bags. It looks very nice as well.

    dresser bars

That's the ones, Vic! They are much heavier that the first efforts we saw. The new ones have some additional much needed strength. Triumph does listen!
