    Engine end driveshaft lube?

You have to use a moly type grease. Honda moly was the best. I believe 60% moly. The splines on the bevel box end of the shaft will wear very quickly if a moly lube is not used. Markc

    Driveshaft/rear axle maintenance

Dr Drain plug only needs to be torqued at no more than 5 or 6 nm. The center of the plug is hollow . It has magnetic material in the end of it. Be careful when you are tightening it. Will break very easily. I use a 1/4 in drive ratchet to replace the plug. Be careful.

    THE REBIRTH OF NUMBER 74

Sonny, I replied awhile back ( maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago) that I used what Triumph uses in the factory when they build the engine for the rocket Threebond 1207B. You can find it on amazon for $17.00 or $18.00 a tube. You will use most of the tube to seal the two halves of the engine cases back...

    THE REBIRTH OF NUMBER 74

Sonny, take a big hammer and hit the tool while you are putting torque on the the tool. Hit it real hard. That will bust it loose. Warp told me how to get it loose when I did mine. You might have to hit it a couple of times.

    YSS shocks

I put a set of the 366's on last winter. Besides the larger 16mm shaft, the 366's also have 60 clicks of adjustment for the rebound adjustment. The 362's only have 30 clicks.

    Winter storage fuel purge

I live in Ohio and I just use sta-bill. The main thing is to fill the tank as full as you can get it. Keeps the air out of it. Here in Ohio they sell ethanol free gasoline at marinas. We also have Marathon gas stations in Ohio and you can find pure gas at some of those.
