Many thanks. The dealer fitted the relay that came with the horn. He says that this should prevent any possibility of switch burn-out rather than ensure current. To guarantee current he has doubled up on wiring feed to the compressor.
Many thanks, the dealer has currently used rubber pipe of thick 4mm guage that is so stiff it is difficult to bend. He can't think where he might get plastic pipe. It would help if he knew the primary purpose of the plastic pipe that he needs to look for.
Stebel Nautilus question for anyone who has seperated the horn from the compressor ...
My bike is in at a dealer who has just seperated the horn from the compressor. The compressor is located in the old air cleaner box.
Dealer states "the horn is weak when seperated and connected by rubber...
I haven't had it on the dyno yet but I am expecting somewhere between 220 BHP and 250 BHP. I already know how to use a throttle progressively because my last bike had 430 BHP.
