    Is it just me, or are the Triumph Dealerships disappearing? I bought my original Cardinal Red Rocket from a dealer across town. The nearest dealer today is 100 miles away. I see very few Triumphs around here. The Rockets are really rare. I know of only one other. Sent from my BlackBerry...

  4. Tire Confusion

    I have noticed an increase in fuel economy since the Avons went on the bike. Might just be the bike is loosening up, but I don't recall ever getting 42 mpg with the Big Rocket. Anyone else notice anything like this? -Pete

    Took "Big Red" up through the twisties today. First time since the Avons went on. The bike is outrageous. The cobras really dig in through the turns. I actually had the pegs on the ground today, something I never did before on the Rocket. I have a whole new appreciation for this bike now.

    I just installed a set of Avons. Mine are just the "R" tires. So far I love em. Sticky in the turns, nice and smooth. Not sure about the speed rating, but I never do more than 80-90 on the Rocket anyway. Hope they last. -Pete
