    I have a brand new gas tank I want to install on my Rocket, this winter when there's less good riding weather. What's the best way to store it until then? I think if I do nothing, rust will start to form inside. Thanks.

    I started another thread earlier when my speedo went out at about 30 miles. I installed a windshield and radar detector, had the tank up to run the wiring, went for a ride yesterday and everything works fine! Oh yeah, I also dropped the washer that goes with the bolt that holds the tank down...

    ME TOO! My '09 has about 100 miles on it, now the speedo needle won't move. I can toggle through the trip meters, and the ODO is stuck at 10 miles. My dealer is 100 miles away, I don't want to have to take it in if I don't have to. Is there a chance it will reset and work after a couple cold...

    I jiggled all the wiring I could see, no go. Now the odometer is stuck at 10 miles. I can toggle through the trip meters, but the speedometer needle never moves. HELP!! My dealer is 100 miles away.

    Checked the fuses- all OK. Wiggled the connectors under the right side cover. Found another thread here about a dead speedo, so will check the connectors under the left side tank and the connector near the sidestand bumper.
