Looking for advice on potential purchase of a 07 RIII

If it were me I'd be looking at the service manual to see what is involved. I suppose the only good thing is, once you made the repair you wouldn't have to worry about it happening since it seems to be a common problem. Thats about all I can offer on the subject. Seems you would be saving about...

Brake and clutch fluid gets dirty fast

Decided to open up my clutch and brake Resivour on my 2025 rocket. Was a lot dortyier than I was expecting for only having 3450 miles on it. I sucked it out and refilled it till it was clear. Guess ill be looking at this more often next riding season.

    Change your crush washers

Yea the aluminum washers is new to me too, even their brake lines take the aluminum washers. Their cheap enough its just odd. Last time I just ordered 10 bevel box washers so I dont have to worry about it for a long time.

Adding Mid-pegs w/out Controls to GT

If I were you I would change the controls to the mid position then modify the forward brackets to install pegs up front. I just converted mine from forward to mid and it is a world of difference. I think once you get the mids on you will likely wanna stay in that position most of the time, so...

Are there better pegs that will fit our bike

I dont know if its my shoes but my feet tend to slowly slide off the pegs on this bike like the rubber they use isn't super grippy. Is there any other options that would work better.

Differential slider for 2025 GT Storm

Could probably make these pretty cheap out of UHMW if you had a mill. Edit well with the price of UHMW it would be kind of expensive.

    Suspension set up

At 420 lbs the book setting for 2 up is pretty good. Didn't feel very good at all how they had it set from the factory. At 600 with my wife on the back the rear shock is definitely working hard and almost compressed. I'll be upgrading it probably before next summer. Riding season is over for me...

Seems I got my Madstad windshield just in time.

From the sounds of it Madstad has went out of business. Got my windshield a month ago. Was hoping I could buy a 24 inch one as well but I guess thats no longer an option if it's true they are out of business. Its pretty surprising to say the least since they are one of the better looking options...

    2025 Shop Service Manual

The service manual is online for the 2025 for like $8 a month on the triumph website. If you can find a pdf for any of the other years it will be the same. Edit Google triumph technical information and it should bring you to the page you need if you want the current manual.
