    Get it Right Triumph!

The tank can be smaller. Not sure what sits inside that tank but it's too big for 18 litres. It puts many off from buying it as it makes the whole bike seem intimidating!

First Bad News for new Rocket: oil leaks

I have had mine for close to 3 weeks now. Have put 600 kms on it. No issues yet touch wood.

    Got my phone mount done

Did you not consider the TFT connectivity? Am getting mine next week. That sorts out GPS.

    My new R3R is here...

Just back from my first long ride. Wasn't the best day for it (close to 40°c) but wasn't going to wait either. After about 130 kms today, am convinced I'll get the GT bars. The R has an aggressive riding position which is great around curves and corners. But the longer I ride, the more I...

    I've signed for a R3 R and entered the Triumph world !

Great choice mate. I've just come back from my first long ride and enjoyed it thoroughly. My last ride was an Indian too - but only a scout! Welcome to the club!

    My new R3R is here...

Brought this home yesterday after a long-ish wait. Was nice (and a bit unnerving) to know I was the first one to pick up a new Rocket 3. Heavy rains here in Sydney so haven't ridden at all except that short ride back home - bout 30 kms. Initial thoughts : Rode back on rain mode as it was...

    It’s growing on me!

I am sticking to the original turn lights. But we have the euro spec here in Australia. So they are slim. Seem flimsy but I'll wait till I break em.

    2020 Rocket Launch Comparison

Hi mate, what is this side stand problem you refer to? Haven't seen anything on that for the new Rocket. Might have missed it. Picking mine up tomorrow so maybe I avoid negative thoughts :D

    It’s growing on me!

Hey, I am getting my new Rocket 3R in the red tomorrow. I contemplated getting the covers painted gloss back to match the other parts on the lower end of the motorcycle. But have decided against it as well. It does look very attractive the way it is and might consider black maybe next year to...

    2020 Rocket Launch Comparison

I agree, the red looks too red. I have asked for knee pads on the tank for my red. That diffuses the redness and the bike looks a lot more appealing from the side. The black looks bland. Doesn't look like how a bike this kind should. Very generic. But looks smaller because well... Black. The...

    It’s growing on me!

I was nervous about mine when I saw those hideous indicators on the US bikes. Am in Australia and we got the slim ones thankfully! Phew! Not sure why the US ones have these round huge ones. They really change the overall sleek look of the bike. Not sure if there are some regulations around it?

    Hi from Down Under

Thank you Tal. Have been following your thread and have to say it was partly responsible for my decision. Yes the fires are terrible but the country is doing its best to contain. Everyone is supporting our firemen. Superheroes each of them!

    2020 Rocket 3 Roadster ride...Tal

I had a longish test ride (and bought it, waiting for delivery). There wasn't much heat from the headers. But would need to wait and see how it does after a long ride.
