    Yeah that looks right. And if using a cable to Android device the adaptor must be an OTG type. Non OTG ones will result in connection issues.

    Yeah that's ok, the wavey washer goes between the pullrod and the clutch nut on input shaft, to dampen the pullrod bouncing around. The pullrod needs to have play when lever not pulled so as to not interfere with clutch pressure.

    I doubt anything wrong with clutch then. Except you could replace that pull rod with the newer version of it (thicker head) while your'e in there. What your sound might be is something a little loose maybe a rad cover or exhaust cover etc

    Unfortunately it's not like several years ago where it was postponed due to heavy rain. This year was postponed due to the road surface being in worse condition after the roadworks crew went at it to resurface it.... So that's not something that's going to be resolved any time soon I'm afraid...

    Ok first untick the O2 sensor box and save/load. Can leave O2 sensor connected and filling the hole in the harness and exhaust just being ignored by the ECU. Reset adaptives.     If the stock MAP sensor is still connected, it might be bangjaxed from the boost and causing the fuelling issue. Did the kit come with instructions - anything on what to do with the MAP sensor?

    Not sure how useful it will be if it's your 3R you're testing, but since you asked; One of my stock 2.3L engines was 200-210. The 2.5 STROKER engine was ~175psi with stock cams/timing just increased stroke. Carpenter 240hp 2.3L engine was also 200-210psi.
