My 25 definitely doesn’t shake like that

My 2025 GT vibrates a lot less than my Street Glide. In fact it’s almost like an electric bike sometimes compared to Harleys

    2026 GT owners. Need input

I bought a 25 GT last year and it suffered from an oil leak at the engine seal that apparently was common with that model. I got rid of it after a seven week repair and then the return of the oil leak. Forward six months and I’d like to get a 26 GT but I would like to see if current 26 owners...

    Oil leaking from new GT

Long delayed follow-up to this thread. The dealer had the bike for 7 weeks. They had to completely disassemble the engine to address the problem. I got it home and put 200 miles on it. Then one day I went into the garage and found oil on the ground and on the bike, again. This is not my first...

    Oil leaking from new GT

Thanks and I agree. In this case the dealer has the bike and is hopefully working the problem. I am also on crutches and couldn't ride for another month so it makes sense to give the dealer the first shot. That said, I will be watching carefully when it returns for any more problems. This is...

    Oil leaking from new GT

It started when I brought home new from the dealership. It was about a 60 mile ride.

    Mine too.

    Oil leaking from new GT

I will ask the next time I talk to the service dept. He said it was not the gear position sensor.

    Oil leaking from new GT

I sent it back to the dealer. Turns out the leak is due to a seal that was incorrectly inserted at the factory. The technician said that it was bent. Everything is under warranty but they had to replace bolts as part of the repair and those bolts are on back order. Without the bike for 3 weeks...

    2025 GT keys

There are two passive keys, at least for my 2024 R. One is simple, all black with chrome blade, the other had the Triumph logo in silver. With that one you could place the key near the antenna on the left side to turn the bike on.

    Oil leaking from new GT

It’s on the left side. I used a paper town to narrow the location down but I didn’t see any actual drops. I did see this just behind the side stand:

    Oil leaking from new GT

I drove my 2025 GT home yesterday and parked it in the garage. This morning I saw this: The spots are maybe an inch across or a bit more. Definitely from the GT. Anyone have thoughts or suggestions?

    2025 GT keys

I had a 2024 r and it came with three keys. The fob, a plain key, and a key with a chip that could start the bike when held against the left rear panel. I liked that option since was easier than carrying a fob. I bought a new 25 GT yesterday and I only got the fob and the plain key. No chip key...

    Removing Backrest from GT

I talked to a dealer today. There are five parts that you need to replace the backrest. $300. But they have to come from the dealer apparently. Pretty simple swap. I may not do it for a while, but it will be nice to have the option.

    Removing Backrest from GT

I am picking up a 2025 GT on Friday. I had an R but traded it last year and regretted it, so I’m correcting that mistake. I am getting the GT for the extended handlebars, forward controls, and windscreen, but I always ride solo so I’d like to remove the backrest. I found instructions for...
