speed triple gear shifter for r3

No. I cut the original shifter peg off, then drilled a hole in the shifter where I cut the peg off. The longhorn shifter peg has a threaded bolt that comes with it and I attached an acorn nut to the inside of the shifter peg. Native One

    CeeBailey Taller Windsheild Report

I find this very interesting because I am 5 foot 11 and only have the 8 inch windshield on my Corbin and I get absolutely no wind buffeting at all. I wear a full face helmet and the only wind I feel comes from underneath the fairing, over the top of the tank and then onto my chest. My solution...

    440 Progressive springs

Sal: I'm lighter than you are by 30 pounds and find the Progressive HD's perfect for me on the light setting. I tried the 440's with regular springs and hated them and sent them back and got the 440 HD's and use them on the lightest setting. I never ride with a passenger either. Native One

Who is running SuperTrapp disks? Or Not?

I'm going against the grain as always here. I'm running 12 discs and an open, black inverted end cap. I'm using a PC III and one of Sam's tunes. Native One

    Progressive 440's for R3T

D: I really do like the 440's. Another rider, I can't remember who it was stated he really liked the new 430's. Some of the guys are riding Hagon's but I don't know anything about them and also Newr 3 sells Ikon which I believe are made in Australia. Most of the rider's I know are riding...

    Progressive 440's for R3T

D: I had the 412's for about a year and 1/2. They failed on me and Progressive would not warranty them. Both of the shocks were total failures and they wanted to charge me over $200.00 to fix them. I opted to throw them away and buy the 440's. You might have better luck with them than I...

    Progressive 440's for R3T

D: The standard size on a Rocket III is 12.5 and I suppose it is for the Touring model as well but you may have to wait for a Touring model owner to answer for sure. I just bought a set of 440 HD's and I love them. Native One

Got the Progressive 440s on today

My 440's are on the way and will be here Thursday. Progressive would not warranty the 418's that failed after only 14 months at the Hill Country Salvo so I opted for the 440 HD's in black to match my almost solid black bike. I'll set them on the lowest setting since I don't weigh as much as a...

    Keyless Ignition

Beemer riders even have nads? :stirthepot: I was afraid if I ended up buying the K 1300 GT I would have to be castrated. ****, that is a relief! Mike, I have the keyless gas cap and it's a nice addition! Native One

    10,000 miles Service [ X-Country ]

For my part, I would have the service done before I leave including the valve adjustment since you are unsure if it was done at 10,000 and you will be on your trip at 20,000. I'd do an oil and filter change, complete service including rear drive fluid change, radiator flush and change if not...

r3t lost all electrical power... im stranded

Sounds to me like the infamous switch! Especially when you were initiating a turn. As Tripp says try everything else first, but my bet is on the switch since you were turning! See if when you turn the key everything sweeps, can you jiggle the wires underneath and make it make a connection...
