Try to use a map in TuneECU that matches your configuration as closely as possible.
You never need to "accept trims" in PC-V if you're using a base map that's close to your motorcycle's modifications. When looking at the trim table, if there are values greater than +/- 20, your TuneECU base tune is not close.
