2026 Fall Ride, Harrison, Arkansas. October 7-12.

Fuel economy ? What's that 😆
OH ! You would be shocked Fred to find out that there are motorcycles that actually can take you 50 to 60 miles on a single US gallon of gas. Blows me away when the Rocket stays home and the Tiger or the Bonneville comes out to play. Hard to beleive. But it does happen.

You know speaking to the dead is not hard or even impossible. We can blab all we want to them. Getting THEM to respond is the hard part.

I'm toying with coming to this RAA. I have to be in Birmingham, AL on the 9th to the 11th and then in Maryland on the 17th. I'm trying to work out the Logistics of it riding from Idaho either on the 2023 R3GT or the 2024 Tiger 900 GT. The Tiger gets much better fuel economy.
Bill, it makes no difference what you ride to the RAA, on the last one i rode a Honda CB500X, my wife rode her Can AM Ryker, son in law, BMW G310 and Neida rode her Honda Rebel 1100. We had a hell of a good time with all the Rocketeers, as you see, the Rocket brought us together, it is now up to us to continue the friendship:cool::)

Hello All!
Really looking forward to this meet up and seeing friends old and new! I've been watching this thread and it seems we have folks staying in several locations. This is why I suggested lodging in Harrision, (see posts 6-9 of this thread). That being said with lots of reservations already made at several locations, I was considering a morning meet up at the Ozark cafe in Jasper and starting the rides from there. Thats roughly halfway between Harmony mountain retreat and Harrision, (27 minutes south of Harrision). PLEASE SPEAK UP AND LET EVERYONE KNOW NOW if that is ok or do we want to regroup before OCT.

I will still be happy to organize routes from wherever if that's what the group would like. If so let me know approx how long we would like to be out on each ride and suggestions for times between stops etc. The riding is so good around there that some may wish to "go their own way" (see what I did there).;) and that is great too!

I know it is early for planning, but Mindy and I have our house in Arkansas under contract and it appears that the pull of grandchildren will force me back to the flatlands of Oklahoma, great for the family but not so much for riding:(! We will have to be out by June 16th, so I will be moving between now and this ride. Look forward to some group input so it can be as enjoyable as possible for all! Lonnie
