    Hinckley Triumph Factory Experience

I bought 2 Rockets in Canada when i lived there and have since shipped to the UK. My 2011 was built in Hinckley and shipped to Canada but my 2009 was built in Thailand for the Canadian market. Strange how they can be built in different countries. I have this confirmed from Triumph when I needed...

    Thoughts on trailering

Anyone ever thought about building a trailer for getting the Beast on and off easily. I saw this idea and thought it could be a good winter project. Takes all the hard work out of getting it up and down. Thoughts?

    ** SOLD ** 2011 Rocket Roadster

I was fortunate, as long as you have had them for over 12 months and you dont sell them within 12 months of returning to the UK there is no VAT or Taxes due on them. Only taxes if you sell it within 12 months. I also imported my truck in. The 2009 is a 2009 Spec model but built in the UK in...

    ** SOLD ** 2011 Rocket Roadster

They are built in the UK and shipped abroad. I have just moved back to the UK from Canada and brought both of mine back with me. A 2009 and a 2011. Including shipping costs both bikes still only cost me less than half of what it would have been to buy a replacement here in the UK.

    Roadster to Touring in 3...2...

Dad is going too grey too quickly as I have 2 boys and both like it. However I like it that much I found another one at an absolute bargain price and I just couldn’t say no. So I bought it.

Took a Gamble, hope its nothing serious

In about 4 months both of them will be on their way to the UK. I’m moving back and intended bringing this one back for my Dad anyway. He can ride it now and have it in 4 months permanently

Took a Gamble, hope its nothing serious

So I have just gone and bought another Rocket 3 today. It’s a 2009 with 30k km’s. Needs some tidying but for $4500CAD it was a bargain ( About $3500 US ). Now the gamble bit. When just ticking over and at a standstill the bike is difficult to change gear and difficult to find Neutral, however as...

What Kind of hard bags are these?

I have these by Hardstreet and i think they really compliment the bike. Obviously not as contoured as the Corbin Beetle bags but it depends how deep your pockets are as well

Moving my Rocket from Canada to the UK

I have done a bit of research and as i will have owned the bike over the 6 month restriction i believe i dont have to Pay VAT as im not selling it on again. I have the bill of sale from when i purchased it and i also looked at the values in the UK and right now i paid half of what it would cost...

Moving my Rocket from Canada to the UK

It has been a big decision but the family and i have decided to move back to the UK from the West coast of Canada. I can sell most of my things but i cannot bring myself to part with my Rocket. It will therefore be making the journey with me back to its homeland. My question to everyone out...
