    If TSA means the quick shifter it won't bother it at all unless you change the linkage so that an upshift goes from a push to a pull or vise versa. Otherwise it just goes off pressure, the linkage length doesn't change it.

    For the 1200 they exist right now to take the bike to 150hp at the rear wheel and remove the speed limiter. I am still breaking in the bike and I am also hoping the price will go down or others will also offer the tune which doesn't cost as much.

    I have never replaced the crush washer. I just make sure they are totally clean, the crankcase surface is totally clean and the bolt is totally clean. I have run them over a decade without issues.

    If you did a full exhaust system, meaning the cat and OEM headers are gone then you need to retune. If it is a slip on then you are fine.

    Odometer Error?

    I average around 45mpg (US gallon) but I have over half of that at 55mph on the highway. Stop and go really hits the mpg hard, and I know for me, when I am over 60mph the mileage starts to drop pretty quickly. The wind resistance starts to really kick in.

    Here is the chart I generated when we were doing the land speed records. We had the rev limiter set at 6400 which is 400 over stock. This doesn't assume any slippage or tire expansion.
