    "Wheels Through Time" closing

I have been to this museum 2 years ago. I have to admit it wasn't anything special for me. I am not the biggest fan of American bikes so your mileage may vary.

Hello all from a former Rocket captain!

Yeah, I still have that bike but it is in the shed. Contemplating selling it too. I haven't ridden for one minute since he was born. Not scared of dying or anything but he had severe acid reflux which he is thankfully over now. I just never had any time. I am really into photography now and...

Hello all from a former Rocket captain!

Hello everyone, Just posting a how are ya doing message with a few pictures of my son. As possibly a few of you know I used to be an avid Rocket rider before I had a change of jobs and the birth of my son which has severely hampered my riding time (basically down to zero). Anyway, just...

My new wheels, not a Triumph but I still love it...

I still have my Thunderbird Sport :).

My new wheels, not a Triumph but I still love it...

Yeah, both vehicles were casualties of it. My truck didn't fit in many parking garages and it isn't wise to ride to customer sites on a bike as I may not look "appropriate" if I have helmet hair or my clothes are extra wrinkled. Both vehicles made it very hard to talk on a cell phone which I...

My new wheels, not a Triumph but I still love it...

Well, I sold my Cummins pickup and Rocket III, what did I replace it with? Link Removed 350HP is a way to deal being Rocket-less! Being a Mopar guy I couldn't resist and waiting for the Challenger wasn't an option unfortunately. I probably couldn't have afforded it anyway so I will have to...

Crappy fuel mileage, or help a brotha out....

Dave, I can take off the Power Commander maybe on Thursday or Friday. I don't have the Tuneboy software on my laptop as I haven't touched it since I got my new job with EMC so I can't help with that.

    Re-introduction from Maryland, USA

Hey guys, I am not going anywhere believe it or not. I would like to think of myself as Dave's pit crew chief :). I will be more than happy to help him work on his bike as it will always be my baby. I had to sell it for two main reasons, first and foremost my new job has taken me out of...

    mileage to date?

Hi Dave, I didn't know you totaled your bike. What happened? I think you know about my bike, we have ridden together before. I really thought your bike was beautiful, this is a shame. Tom

    Cruiser magazine article

I agree completely. Without your write up in bold I wouldn't have read past the second or third paragraph. Lets face it, some people just don't get the Rocket. I barely ride mine anymore because of my new job but when I do I know exactly what the bike is about....FUN!

    Sad News

Sorry to hear about your loss Pianoman. I remember him from the trip last year. Very sad indeed :(. PS. I too am sorry for my late response, I haven't been logging in too much lately.

    Rear brake pads

I have changed my own a few times (which means anyone can do it if I can!). I simply followed the workshop manual directions so I don't really have any pointers for you other than if you follow the steps you will get the job done :). Good luck!
