    I hate to say it... but Car I hate to say this... but Carpenter has been working with 'Busas' too. He is getting 290+ HP out of them now, while getting 230 from the Rocket III.

    I have a 2004 Speed Four that I still try to get a few runs in a year... I almost feel bad for leaving the Rocket III in the garage.

    I tuck my shoe laces into my boots now... kept hooking the foot peg or shifter. One time I came to a stop, bike leaned to the left with no stopping it. I yelled at my wife to get her feet onto the ground. (close one)

    My wife was standing there while I was backing out... I bent over, grabbed the bars and lifted(I thought she had a hold somewhere, too ) ... turned out, it was all me. She said she didn't get a chance to put any muscle into it. ...not sure if I could do it again, I know it's supposed to...

    ...know the feeling... was backing out of my garage, and foot slipped on a piece of bark, couldn't catch myself. tweeked the shifter a touch... but otherwise no damage.

    Shocks or Seat?

    I would 'hit' the shocks first... my bike is older and doesn't give much on the bumps. My dealer is advising shocks for rear, and rebuilding the forks... $1400

    So I think I want a blower on my Rocket

    I always thought the sound of the supercharger would be cool... but, after seeing what Carpenter Racing can do for it naturally, and the fact I am not sacrificing foot space on the right side... if I had the funds, I would let Carpenter do their thing...for cheaper.

    Shorter summer

    Even though the Doctor and physical therapist are done with me, I must still continue my own therapy routine and weight lifting to regain my previous strength... in moderation, of course. I've also had three sessions with a message therapist to help loosen and balance the shoulder and back...

    Well... 2 months since the shoulder surgery, and the Doctor has released me back to full duty and said 'goodbye' to me... he doesn't need to see me again.:D
