    Thanks for that. I should have said that the first thing we did do was check radiator and reserve tank for coolant levels and both were fine. No crimping anwhere. So I've sent an email to the dealership that did my 16K service and we'll see what they have to say. GRRRRR. Very very frustrating.

    Greetings All, Just bought a 2007 demo with 3,500 kms back in February. Just done my 16,000 kms service last week. No problems with the bike until then. Took it to Tassie for a week, when all of sudden the cooling fan starts to kick in fairly quickly. No warning lights, just the cooling...
